Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Sayo Tours ("we", "us", "our") for Thailand tour packages and related services. By booking a package, requesting an enquiry or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Last updated: September 2026.

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment, typically 50% of the total package cost unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure. Bookings made within 15 days of travel may require full payment upfront.

Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Refunds, where applicable, depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made, since hotels, transport and activity partners have their own cancellation policies.

If Sayo Tours needs to cancel a confirmed trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule or refund the amount actually recoverable from our suppliers.

Package prices are based on current hotel rates, exchange rates and activity costs at the time of booking, and may change for bookings made in advance or during peak season. Any price change will be communicated before your payment is confirmed. Prices generally exclude international airfare unless explicitly mentioned in the package.

Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel) and any visa required for entry into Thailand. Sayo Tours can guide you on the general requirements, but final responsibility for valid travel documents rests with the traveler.

The sequence of activities in an itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, operator availability or safety reasons, without reducing the overall value of the package. We will always try to offer an equivalent alternative when this happens.

Travelers are expected to follow the guidance of tour guides and activity operators, respect local laws and customs, and arrive on time for transfers and scheduled activities. Sayo Tours is not responsible for missed activities caused by a traveler's own delay.

Sayo Tours arranges hotels, transport, guides and activities through third-party operators in Thailand. While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not liable for accidents, loss, injury, illness or delays caused by third parties, airlines, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend travelers purchase their own travel insurance before departure.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from a booking with Sayo Tours will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Sayo Tours is registered.
